Spin bike; 35 mins; 18 sprints

Side crunch on fitball w/10lb DB: 3x20 each side
Crunch on fitball: 3x25

Sprints weren't very sprint-ish today as my legs are sore from last nite's leg workout....
To recap: 4x a week moderate cardio @ 45 mins, 3x a week HIIT cardio @ 35 mins, 20 sprints.....onto the final push to 10/17!!
