Cardio Only Day!!

AM Cardio + Abs
Spin bike; 30 mins; 18 sprints

Abs (which are still sore from Monday):
V-ups w/25lb plate on flat bench: 3x15
Leg scissors: 3x30
Russian twists w/6lb med. ball: 2x30, 1x32

**Sore, tired & hungry today.....and for some bizarre reason I've become obsessed with Pop Tarts.....no clue why!! And for some reason I've felt bloated the last few days.....

Soreness: Upper body, abs, legs
