Hip thrusts on flat bench: 4x25
Side crunch on fitball: 3x20 each side
Decline bench crunch: 3x20
**LOVE cardio only days! Done my exercise for the day by 6am.....sweet!
No tracking number for the suit yet, so not sure when it's definitely coming....
Felt halfway decent today......but feel I look softer....
