Spin bike; 30 mins; 15 sprints

Abs:
Reverse crunch on bench: 3x20
Weighted cable crunch: 4 - 1x15; 5 - 2x16

**Scale weight = 163.6.....anyone need a boat anchor? Birthday at work yesterday with ooey-gooey chocolate cake.....I didn't have any! Woot!
