(a guy was using the leg sled so I asked if I could work in.....Oh you don't have to remove any of the weight!)

**Tomorrow is shaping up to be a hassle-filled day at work (timecard day - ugh!)....so I may get up a tad bit early in the am (like 4:30am) & do my lifting then do cardio when I get home eventually.....
