Squats w/Std Bar: 90lbs added - 3x6; 110lbs added - 1x4, 2x5
SLDL w/Std Bar: 110lbs added - 4x6, 2x5
Calf Press on Hack Squat: 90lbs each side - 4x20
Hack Squats: 90lbs each side - 4x8
Sumo DB Squat: 100lb DB - 4x12
**Totally fried after this workout.....didn't think I was going to make it to the car!
