Cable straight-arm pulldowns: 5 - 2x10, 1x12
Wide-grip lat pulldowns: 8 - 2x8; 9 - 1x8, 1x8; 10 - 2x6
DB 1-armed Bench row: 50lb DB - 4x8 each side
Crunch on fitball w/Med ball held O/H: 4x20
Stairs: 15 flights
Walking: 16 "sides" of a city block (4 sides = 1 block)
