(I think the EZ bar weighs 12lbs)
1-armed DB rows: 50lb DB - 4x8 each side
Cable straight-arm pulldowns: 5 - 3x12
Seated leg curls: 10 - 1x8, 1x10; 11 - 1x8; 12 - 2x8
