**Not supposed to be a workout day, but I worked on installing laminate floor for 8 hours.....I now know a level of soreness I've not felt in a long time.....my whole body hurts.....
I have no macros to report, because I basically did not eat all day cuz I was so busy then went out to dinner....did the best I could & had chicken & veggies but also had some sushi & wine.....

**Finished installing the flooring & then installed a closet organization system.....spent about 6 hours doing all of that....now I'm even more sore if that is possible....LOL
