Straight-arm pulldowns: 5 - 4x12
1-armed DB bent over rows: 50lb DB - 1x7*, 2x6*, 2x7*
Wide-grip lat pulldowns: 8 - 2x12, 1x10, 1x12
Crunch on fitball w/50lb DB - 4x16, 1x18
