1-legged SLDL w/20lb kettlebell: 1x12*, 3x15*, 1x16*
*each leg
Sumo DB squats: 50lb DB - 3x12, 1x15
Calf raise on 2x4, toes out: 5x35
Leg exts: 9 - 1x10; 10 - 3x10
**Instead of being bored on the elliptical, I mowed the lawn and reorganized the shed....
