1-legged SLDL w/20lb kettlebell: 1x10*, 1x12*, 1x14*, 2x15*

DB Sumo Squat: 40lb DB - 1x15; 45lb DB - 1x12, 1x15
Calf raise on 2x4 w/DB: 35lb DB - 1x25; 45lb DB - 4x25
DB Lunges: 25lb DBs - 4x10 each leg
Crunch on fitball w/25lb Plate: 4x20
