Seated cable O/H tricep exts w/rope: 11 - 2x10; 12 - 2x8
Seated DB concentration curls: 20lb DB - 1x8*; 25lb DBs - 1x6*, 2x5*

**Didn't feel as strong on my workout today as I did yesterday....
