AM Cardio
Spin bike; 35 mins - 10 min warmup, 15 sprints, 10 minute cooldown

Abs:
Hip thrusts on flat bench: 3x30
Crunch on fitball w/45lb DB: 3x20



**Was lazy & ended up having cheese & crackers for dinner.....
