Squat/swing w/20lb kettlebell: 3x15, 1x16
Leg exts: 10 - 1x10; 12 - 5x8
Calf raises on step: 2x40, 1x42, 1x45, 1x48
DB Squats: 40lb DBs - 2x10; 45lb DBs - 3x10
Lunge/squat, 1 leg behind: 1x12*, 1x14*, 1x15*, 1x16*
*each side
Crunch on fitball w/med ball held O/H: 4x25
