DB Bent-over rows: 45lb DB - 2x8*; 50lb DB - 3x8*

Asst'd glute/ham exts: 4x20
Close-grip cable pulldowns w/V-bar: 10 - 3x10
Seated O/H DB press: 25lb DBs - 2x8; 30lb DBs - 1x7, 1x6, 1x7
Seated DB laterals, up/down: 12lb DBs - 1x10, 2x12
