Ended up being an off day....
**Gave up morning cardio for an extra hour of sleep, which actually didn't work out too well as my neck/shoulder is so painful, it's difficult to sleep.....any position laying down hurts....and by the time I got home from another long day at work, I was too tired to do anything.....
